Maxine is a Houston-based marketing strategist with a love for thoughtful brand-building and creative execution. She is a First Place winner of the Stryker National Case Competition, where she developed and presented a full-scale strategic marketing campaign — complete with value proposition, buyer personas, and a multi-channel acquisition strategy — directly to Stryker's executive leadership team.

Maxine also served as an MSBA Alumni Student Ambassador at McCombs, where she created and managed social media content on behalf of the program — an early signal of what she'd eventually build Crown & Bloom around.

She founded Crown & Bloom Marketing to bring that same care and strategic discipline to Houston's most deserving businesses — brands that have already earned their reputation and are ready for the visibility to match.
